Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing in its original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure a valid return.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
